The Notches
The Notches is a popular location, especially at night. It can become a party area like during TDS. Nothing to difficult, but a fun little channel with small hills to up and down. Reminds me of a skatepark for off roaders.
Located in northern Ocotillo off Palm Wash. For newbies the least confusing way to get there is to start from the 86 and follow Palm Wash east. Just past the houses The Notches are on your right. You can also take N Marina Drive off the 86 as it runs parallel with Palm Wash.
